Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped directly from our international suppliers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our prices are listed in AUD and do not include GST, customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges.

For most low-value orders shipped to Australia, no additional charges apply. However, in rare cases, Australian Customs may apply GST, duties, customs clearance fees, or other import-related charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

High-Value Orders

Orders exceeding AUD 1,000 may be subject to customs declarations, GST, import duties, and processing fees imposed by Australian authorities.

To help minimise delays or unexpected charges, we reserve the right to contact customers regarding high-value orders and, where appropriate, split shipments into multiple packages.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays caused by customs processing, postal services, or other external factors may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
